Jeoyuh Lin is a patent attorney who was a former in-house attorney at an automotive company, a former PTAB judicial intern, and a former USPTO patent examiner, with native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
He protects and commercializes the clients’ innovation, and specializes in obtaining and enforcing value-added patents in Autonomous Vehicle (AV), Artificial Intelligence (AI), medical device, cybersecurity, and consumer electronics technologies, with an eye towards business aspects in IP.
Jeoyuh also conducts clearance and patentability opinions, and counsels entrepreneurs and corporations on the cutting edge of innovation on business strategies.
Jeoyuh is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Washington D.C., graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he co-founded the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court team, and has a B.S., biomedical engineering degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
